Delta Air Lines will add a second daily flight from Salt Lake City to Anchorage, Alaska, and will resume seasonal service to Fairbanks this month.
    Beginning May 17, the additional Anchorage flight will leave Salt Lake at 11:14 a.m. and arrive at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport at 2:05 p.m.
    Return flights leave Anchorage at 9 a.m. and arrive in Salt Lake at 3:40 p.m.
    Delta will fly the route with 183-passenger Boeing 757-200 jets.
    Beginning May 31, summer-season flights to Fairbanks will depart Salt Lake at 9:05 p.m. and arrive at Fairbanks International Airport at 11:54 p.m.
    Flights leaving Fairbanks will take off at 1:10 a.m. and land in Salt Lake at 7:54 a.m.
    The route will be operated with Boeing 160-passenger 737-800 jets. The Salt Lake-Fairbanks route will operate until Aug. 24
